Drlee: Four common causes of non-obstructive azoospermia

Azoospermia know as there is no problem in collecting the specimen, but the absence of sperm on semen. Azoospermia can be divided into two major categories: obstructive and nonobstructive. Obstructive azoospermia occurs when the duct carrying the sperm from the testicle to the urethra becomes blocked. Treatment for this condition is usually surgery. Nonobstructive azoospermia refers to no sperm in the semen because of abnormal sperm production. The treatment for this situation is always medicine.

Nonobstructive azoospermia can result from hormonal problems, testicular failure, or varicocele, or varicose veins in the testicles.

Hormone imbalances
It is possible that an imbalance of hormones is causing your azoospermia, and we can treat the problem. Because hormones are necessary for the testicles to produce sperm, if there is an absence of these hormones, or a small amount of these hormones, sperm production can be affected. Men who take or have taken steroids may have affected the hormones necessary for sperm production.

Testicular failure
Testicular failure is another cause of azoospermia; it is a condition that men's testicles are unable to produce enough mature sperm. Diseases of the testicle, chromosome problems, and injury to the testicular are causes of testicular failure. Undescended testicles at birth or frequent and heavy use of marijuana can also increase the risk of testicular failure. This can occur during any stage of sperm production. The testicle may not have the cells necessary that divide to become sperm cells, or the sperm may be unable to fully develop and mature.

Varicocele
Varicoceles are swollen varicose veins in the scrotum, which cause blood pooling. This blood pooling in the scrotum negatively affects the sperm production. If veins in the scrotum become enlarged or widened, this would form a varicocele and impair normal sperm production.

Genetic Causes
Chromosomal abnormalities, like Y chromosome micro deletions, and karyotypic abnormalities are genetic causes of male infertility that may result in non-obstructive azoospermia.

Men with non-obstructive azoospermia could be treated with medicine, and hormone therapy is a helpful way to treat hormone deficiencies. But hormone therapy could bring, many side effects, it could break the balance of hormone in men's body. Luckily a new therapy which could cure non-obstructive azoospermia effective without any side effects has been found. This new therapy is an herbal medicine, which is called diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill can work in the whole genital system and urinary system in man, to cure the infections and inflammations. This herbal remedy cannot only cure infections and inflammations, but also can cure some azoospermia or infertility.
